I decided to make the personal things in my LJ accessible to my friends only.

If you are here for stuff like my icons, fanvideos, fanfiction: Don't worry because I won't lock those posts but leave/make them public for everyone to take/watch/read. Feel free to friend this journal for updates of my rare outbursts of creativity, but I won't necessarily friend you back. (Better yet: Friend yubaricons, because that's my graphics journal where I put all my icons.)

If you want to read my personal ramblings and see what's going on in my life in general, comment here to be added to my friends list. Please include how you came here (where you know me from) and/or why we should add each other. And don't be shy, I'm not picky, I just like to get a bit of info before adding someone. Generally, I always love to meet new people :)

Hello all you lovely people on my friends list! :)

I'm trying to get things organized a little, and that will hopefully motivate me to post more often in here. So could everybody please, please reply to this and tell me two little things:

1: Are you English-speaking, German-speaking, or both?
2: What's the reason you are here? Do you want to read my private ramblings, are you interested in my graphic/creative work (icons, wallpapers, fanvideos), or are you waiting for my fanfiction to continue (probably the Star Wars one about Obi-Wan and Padme)?

I'm asking because I will set up friends-groups, so that (for example) if I post something in German, those people who won't understand a word won't be bothered by the post. Also, I'm gonna move all my icons back here and close my icons journal (I don't make that many icons so I think it's not neccessary to put them in a seperate journal), and I don't want those guys who are just looking for my icons to have to read through my personal matters.

I hope that makes sense. And it would be really cool if everyone could comment. Thanks! ♥

Ich möchte hier gerne mal etwas aufräumen und meine Freundeliste sortieren, vielleicht motiviert mich das ja auch mal ein wenig mehr hier drin zu schreiben. Könnte jeder bitte hierauf antworten und folgende zwei Dinge kurz angeben:

1: Willst/kannst du englische Posts lesen, deutsche, oder beides?
2: Wieso liest du dieses Journal? Sind meine persönlichen Einträge für dich von Interesse, oder bist du hier wegen meiner Icons/Wallpaper/Fanvideos, oder bist du jemand von denen die auf die Fortsetzung meiner Fanfiction warten?

Das wäre alles gut zu wissen, weil ich meine Freundeliste in Gruppen einteilen will, damit, wenn ich mal z.B. einen Post auf Deutsch schreibe, auch nur die Leute ihn zu lesen kriegen die Deutsch verstehen, und nicht die Englisch-sprachigen sich drüber ärgern dass sie ständig was angezeigt kriegen was sie gar nicht lesen können. Genauso will ich nicht denen, die nur meine Icons durchstöbern wollen, zumuten meine privaten Schwafeleien lesen zu müssen. (Ich werde mein Icons Journal auch wieder dicht machen und die Dinger stattdessen hier mit reinposten. Soviele icons mach ich gar nicht, das lohnt nicht die auszulagern.)

Also wär lieb, wenn ihr mal Bescheid geben könntet. Danke! ♥

This is my answer to the challenge at cinematic50, which is to make 50 icons of a movie/character of your choice. My movie is Revenge Of The Sith, and my chosen character Obi-Wan Kenobi. (As if that would surprise anyone here...!) And 20 of the 50 icons have to be inspired by themes given by the cinematic50-mods.

I haven't made all 50 icons yet, but only a first batch of 15. I'll add the rest as soon as possible.

Of course I hope you will like the new chapter, but I'm not entirely sure if I managed to get across Padmé's thoughts properly, and in a realistic way. Oh well, I tried and gave my best! Summary: This story is set between Episode III and Episode IV, starting at the ending of Ep III. Obi-Wan takes Padmé (yep she's alive) with him to his hiding place on Tatooine. Taking care of her turns out to be far more difficult than he had expected, and when they start to have "inappropriate feelings" for each other, things are getting even more complicated.

I took a request from thedragonkeeper who wanted to have a Padmé banner (with a little Obi-Wan and a little Anakin) in light colours and with the text "I don't want to live anymore" on it. This is what I came up with.

And yes, it's Star Wars again. Is anyone surprised?? I thought not. *g* Oh but I'm working on a Lord of the Rings fanvid, so stay tuned if you like that sort of thing. ;)

Alright, so this is a Phantom Menace video about Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon. And yes, I mean it in a more romantic way than the usual master/padawan relationship. My favourite Star Wars pairing is actually Obi-Wan/Padmé, but Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon is a very close runner-up. Well, just wanted to point that out before anyone feels offended by it and complains in the end.
